Three Groves Ecovillage
We partnered with future homeowners to develop Three Groves Ecovillage, targeted to be the first LEED Platinum, net-zero-energy and zero-carbon ecovillage in the U.S.
O’Neil and O’Neil-Capps Homes
Aye Partners developed the O’Neil and O’Neil-Capps zero-energy homes, which were also the first LEED Gold certified homes in the U.S. Since 2006, the homes consistently produce as much energy as they consume each year, demonstrating that such homes can be built at market rate.
Aerzen USA’s LEED Gold Assembly Plant and National Headquarters
We led the development effort for Aerzen USA’s LEED Gold assembly plant and national headquarters in Chester County, PA. The facility uses 55% less energy than comparable new industrial buildings and includes the first commercial use of straw bale construction in PA as well as earth tubes for passive cooling of the assembly plant.
Stroud Water Research Center
We are helping Stroud Water Research Center “get the water right” by leading the development of their net zero water, LEED Platinum campus expansion.
Potomac Watershed Study Center at Hard Bargain Farm
We are leading the development of the Alice Ferguson Foundation’s Potomac Watershed Study Center at Hard Bargain Farm, one of the nation's first projects attempting to meet the Living Building Challenge.
Friends Center
We led the development of the Friends Center Renovation, the first LEED Platinum project in Philadelphia. Friends Center now operates as a carbon neutral facility and includes the first use of deep standing column well geothermal exchange in Pennsylvania.
